THE STEERING GROUP
Terms of reference for the Steering Group are:
- Approve project plan, outputs and budgets
- Ensure project delivers to time and budget through support and direction to the Project Management Team
- Ensure that internal and external formative and summative evaluation is undertaken
- Bring together all stakeholders in the project at milestone points
- Oversee the development of a workable continuation strategy
- Meet HEFCE contract requirements
