3.  Individual Profiles:

You may wish to save one of the files below as a template for an individual profile and use it for recording work that you have carried out toward achievement of the relevant standard.  The standards contained in one of the following three files are:

• The NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework (NHS KSF), of relevance to NHS staff
• The Nursing & Midwifery Council’s Standards for Mentors Supporting Learning and Assessment in Practice, of relevance to nurses and midwives
• The Health Professions Council’s Standards of Education and Training, of relevance to allied health professionals.
