SEXUALITY AND GENDER

The Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 places responsibilities on employers to protect employees from discrimination and harassment on the grounds of sexuality. The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 outlawed direct and indirect discrimination, victimisation and bullying on the basis of gender.
