The Steering Group

Terms of reference for the Steering Group are:

• Approve project plan, outputs and budgets
• Ensure project delivers to time and budget through support and direction to the Project Management Team
• Ensure that internal and external formative and summative evaluation is undertaken
• Bring together all stakeholders in the project at milestone points
• Oversee the development of a workable continuation strategy
• Meet HEFCE contract requirements
